We know how the bombing is going. We’ve already used it in enough wars and enough different places to know. It’s useless. We bombed Hanoi flat and they still beat us. Bombing is the most imprecise means of making war that there is, and everybody knows it except the NYT. I know it, and I’m only a former weapons officer on B-36 and B-52’s.
